This is so fucking stupid of companies! They are assuming that they will be keenly completing the rest of the curriculum (compared to if they didn’t have a job as of now, and were apprehensive of competition). It’s like this - if you are so brilliant that you could make it to IIMA, we are here for you. It doesnt matter what IIMA actually manages to teach you.

Being hired for employment right out of a secondary education facility is not something that always happens. Employers are looking for someone with experience and students fresh out of college do not have that experience. A company willing to hire right away is a great opportunity for those students!
