Yes it is unbearably hot during summer months (Mar-September). But during winter months it is like Indian summers (28-34 deg C) manageable. Moreover during the desert drive we were in the cozy comfort of an A/c land cruiser. It was only when I bashed dunes on the Buggy, was I exposed to direct sunlight.. but the excitement and fun makes you ignore the sun’s heat...
